UK

We provide NEXT DAY delivery to most areas of the UK for £9.00 if we receive the order before 2.00pm

Items purchased on a Friday can be delivered on SATURDAY at a cost of £12 depending on the postal address otherwise they will be delivered on Monday

Express delivery takes between 2-5 days at a cost of £6.00.

We use TNT for the most of our UK deliveries where a signature is required.

Once an item has been despatched we will email you the tracking number, however if you change the delivery address after despatch there will be an additional cost to you and a delay in delivery.

Although we offer a next day delivery service, some remote areas may take longer and we can’t be held responsible for delayed orders or unforeseen/exceptional delays by the courier.

Northern Ireland orders are 2-3 days or next day delivery depending location

European Delivery

We ship to Europe, delivery is 2-7days depending on destination Country, Minimum cost is £15

Outside Europe

International shipping costs are determined by weight and delivery time, prices on application.

If you refuse a package for any delivery we will NOT pay to return it. It is your responsibility to pay to return the parcel back, if you refuse delivery of the package we will deduct the cost of return to us from your refund.

Returns

We offer a refund for any full priced purchase if you are not happy with your purchase, any Item must be returned to us within 7 days, be unworn with original tags intact and in the original packaging. Garments that have perfume odours, deodorant/alcohol stains etc will not be refunded. Sale/discounted items will be on an exchange or credit note only basis valid for 6 months.

Personal items such as hair extensions must be in the original packaging and up opened. Shoes must be returned in the original boxes.

Refunds to credit cards will only be made once the goods have been received by us and checked.
